Take a look around and you’ll see recycling bins near many of the trash baskets.
We are now able to recycle the following items used at the church:
Plastics numbered 1-7
Steel, tin and aluminum cans
Glass bottles
Mixed paper and cardboard
Just remember to remove the lids of cans and bottles, rinse food containers before recycling and flatten all cardboard and cut down to 3’ by 3’ size.
The following items are not recyclable: Plastic bags and wrappers, Styrofoam, paper plates napkins and towels, paint cans and gas cans.
In addition to recycling, our church has programmable zone heating and air conditioning so rooms are comfortable when occupied and we are not wasting electricity when rooms are not in use. We buy mostly paper products containing recycled paper.
Please turn off lights as you leave rooms unoccupied.
