At least 15 volunteers are needed on a rotating basis to serve as greeters, program distributors, parking lot attendants, etc. two Sundays per month – for the 9:00 or 11:00 worship service or both if you would like - we would love to have you! It's easy and fun plus we will work with you.

Bookbag Ministry

Fair View is partnering with Coddle Creek Elementary School to provide food to children whose families may run short on the weekend.  Each week the bookbags are filled at Fair View (some by individuals and others by groups) and dropped off at the school.  The children take them home on Friday and return them empty on Monday and the cycle begins again.  If you would like to fill a bookbag on a weekly basis please contact the coordinator,
Linda Gebelein.

Congregational Care Team

As we reach out to our community, we also look inward to the welfare of our congregation. We have teams who care for our congregation in the following ways.

The Card Ministry. sends cards out at birthdays or losses of family members, and general "care cards" when a member is going through a hard time.

Our Meal Team prepares a dish or a meal for those who are just home from the hospital or ill.

We have a team that will take people to doctor appointments and otherwise provide transportation as our congregation may need.

Another ministry takes communion to our shut ins and members in nursing home members.
