Fair View Today
(Fair View is a Safe Sanctuary Church)
In today’s world where Bigger is Better, Fair View UMC is proud to be a growing, caring, and loving church with a very rich history. Our Mission Statement “To invite, to receive, and to nurture all people in our growing community to a fuller understanding and loving relationship with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ” is our promise.
We are a Stephen Ministry church, with a growing Emmaus population and a very active Sunday school program. We are proud of our Vacation Bible School staff for having “the best” Vacation Bible School program each year. United Methodist Men and Women’s groups support our local community needs. On Wednesday nights we have fellowship meals and also small group Bible study classes. Our book club and a quilting club is growing, so come join us. Lowes YMCA uses Fair View’s school facilities for their pre school program and we have just implemented a Mother of Preschooler’s (MOPS) monthly meeting program. Fair View has a wonderful a Boy Scout program that has been in existence for over 40 years. Fair View has received many honors for our support of scouting. The Girl Scout program at Fair View has continued to be very active.
Our Out Reach program provides Meals on Wheels, Second Food Harvest, and a Book Bag Ministry at one of our local elementary schools, just to name a few.
Fair View UMC has gone through a number changes over the last few years that has helped our faith to become even stronger. We have an open invitation to everyone, and we serve all with love…
